At Tenora Chem Pvt Ltd, we are proud to be an ATMANIRBHAR (Make in India) company manufacturing printing chemicals under “PERFECT GRAPHICS” and we strongly believe in the Vocal for Local movement. Many of the imported chemicals used in the printing industry were once local to their respective countries, but with the support of their customers, they became global.
We are capitalising on our State-of-the-Art manufacturing facility to formulate a high quality range of printing chemicals consistently in different batch sizes with BMR for accountability and traceability,
Our sophisticated production facility sprawls over 10000 Sq Ft. and encompasses an installed capacity of 200 M.T / month. This unit is equipped with SS 304 Blenders, DM Water Plant, Filtration Systems & Dosing Pumps that help us in bringing about a precise formulation of our products.
Our products are developed in-house and we maintain a strong continuous R&D program driven by market requirements and import substitution.
Over the course of time, we have developed vendor relationships and strictly adhere to quality specifications during procurement.

Company History
The company commenced production of chemicals in its new enhanced, state of the art plant at Navi Mumbai, due to the increasing demand for its products locally as well as in the international market. The enhanced production capacity will be able to meet the demand of the offset printing industry in India and abroad well within the stipulated delivery schedules.
The new unit consists of a series of vertical, cylindrical mixing vessels complete with jacket & FLP motors, made of SS 304, along with individual Filtration Unit. The finished product shall flow by gravity through a pipe, then onto filling stations for filing of 1 liter, 5 liters, 20 liters & 205 liters HDPE / HMHDPE Containers. The new set up also has a storage tank for petroleum solvents as per the design norms.
The unit also consists of a Q.C Lab for Quality Control checks of raw materials & finished products and also an R & D lab for developing new products. It also has a Pilot plant for trial production of various products. As part of our corporate social responsibility and the company philosophy of causing minimum damage to the environment, the company ensures that any effluent generated in the plant is being treated in the common effluent treatment plant (CETP), MIDC KURKUMBH, PUNE, MAHARASTRA.
